摘  要:采用Langmuir-Blodgett(L-B)技术考察了伊朗轻质减渣馏分的L-B性质(π-A曲线,膜稳定曲线),扩散相中减渣馏分的体相质量浓度和在扩展溶剂甲苯-庚烷中芳烃含量,以及水相的pH值和盐对减渣馏分的L-B性质的影响。结果表明,随着馏分的增重,伊朗轻质减渣馏分由竖立吸附状态逐渐倒伏直至铺展吸附于水相表面,馏分分子所占面积逐渐增大,膜性质随之发生变化。随着馏分体相质量浓度的增大,馏分分子以缔合体形式成膜,其中轻馏分分子缔合体较小,重馏分分子缔合体较大。随着扩散相中芳烃含量的增大,轻馏分分子以收缩状态成膜,重馏分分子以铺展状态成膜;而随着扩散相中芳烃含量的降低,轻馏分分子以铺展状态成膜,重馏分分子以缔合状态成膜。由于水相中Ca2+离子可与馏分中酸性基团反应,使得馏分分子充分铺展吸附于水相表面或使馏分分子间相互联结,其所占水相表面积增大。Langmuir-Blodgett technology was used tc study the L-B (Langmuir-Blodgett) properties, including the effects of the bulk mass concentration of vacuum residue fractions in the diffusion phase, the aromatics content in the expanded toluene-heptane solvent, the pH value and the salt-saturated status of the aqueous phase on the πA curves as well as the film stability curves of the vacuum residue fractions from ranian light crude oil. Results showed that the adsorbed molecules of the vacuum residue fractions changed from a standing status to a lying down status spreading over the surface of the aqueous phase as the mean relative molecular mass increased, accompanying with the corresponding property changes of the L-B film and the increased area occupied by the fraction molecules at the same time. As the bulk mass concentration of the fractions in solvent increased, fraction molecules with self-association built up the film. The heavy fractions possessed of larger self-association structures, and the light fractions possessed of the smaller ones. With the increase of the aromatics content in the diffusion phase, the molecules of the heavy fractions formed the L-B film in a spreading status, while the molecules of the light fractions in a self-asso:iation status; and vice versa. The Ca2+ ions reacting with the acid groups in the fractions resulted in the increase of the surface area of the aqueous phase occupied by the molecules of the fractions owing to the fully spread over the surface of the aqueous phase or the inter-connection of the molecules.
