摘　　要：本文论述了邮政与电信实施战略合作的必要性、可能性与意义,对邮电战略合作的内容做了具体分析,提出了邮政选择电信战略合作对象的方法以及合作的业务体系,战略合作中可能出现的障碍和解决的方法。Firstly several aspects of the strategic cooperation between Chinapost and Telecom are described in succession, which includes the necessity, the probability, the significance and the detailed contents. With that the way to select strategic partners and the frame of the cooperated business are bring forward. Lastly the obstacles of the cooperation and accordingly the solution are discussed.
