妇科十味片的鉴别和芍药苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的　建立妇科十味片的鉴别和含量测定方法。方法　采用TLC法对妇科十味片的香附、当归、延胡索、甘草进行鉴别 ;用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量。结果　薄层色谱鉴别特征斑点明显 ;芍药苷的量在 0 1～ 0 5 μg范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为 10 0 2 % ,RSD =1 89%。结论　所建立的鉴别与含量测定方法简便、准确 ,可用于妇科十味片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish an identification and determination methods for Fuke Shiwei tablets.METHODS Rhizoma Cyperi,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizoma Corudalis and Radix Glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC.The contents of paeoniflorin were determined by HPLC.RESULTS The TLC spots were quite clear.Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship in the range from 0 1 to 0 5 μg.The average recovery was 100 2% with RSD of 1 89%.CONCLUSION These methods are simple,accurate and specific.They can be used for the quality control of Fuke Shiwei tablets.
