上海市彭浦社区卫生服务中心实施高血压监测与健康促进——患者认知与行为一致率效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价彭浦社区卫生服务中心实施社区高血压监测与健康促进后该社区高血压病人认知和行为的现况。方法采用问卷入户调查方法。结果研究对象对高血压防治知识知晓率平均为87.58%;少盐、少脂肪与少胆固醇的认知与行为一致率分别为91.46%、100.00%与98.61%;少吸烟与少饮酒的认知与行为一致率分别为79.37%、81.54%;心情认知与行为一致率为83.78%,锻炼身体认知与行为一致率为98.15%;控制体重认知与行为一致率为57.75%。结论社区卫生服务中心(站)对社区高血压患者实施监测与健康促进指导,对控制社区高血压发生与患者病情发展具有重要的社会价值。OBJECTIVE To evaluate on the condition of cognition and behavior of patients after the Pengpu Community health service center implement the hypertension surveillance and the health promotion in the patients.METHOD To use questionnaire and face to face inquire the patients.RESULTS The know rate of the prevention and cure of hypertension in investigation objects is average 87.58%.The coincidence rate of the cognition and the behavior about a few salt,fat and cholesterol on food in the patients food are 91.46%、100.00%and 98.61%,a few smoke and drink are 79.37%and 81.54%,the mood is 83.78%,the body exercises is 98.15%,and the control body weight is 57.75%.CONCLUSION Carry Jout hypertension surveillance and health promotion in community hypertension patients possess important social value by community health center(station).
