摘　　要：目的　观察丽珠脑力隆治疗偏头痛的疗效、剂量及副作用。　方法　对神经内科门诊接诊的偏头痛患者63例随机分为治疗组 (口服丽珠脑力隆 0 1mg ,2次 /d)及对照组 (口服尼莫地平 3 0mg ,3次 /d) ,定期随访 3个月。　结果　治疗组疗效显著优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,副作用明显小于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。　结论　丽珠脑力隆可有效治疗偏头且用量小、无明显副作用 ,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy, dosage, side effects of compound cinnarizine capsule on migraine patients. Methods Sixty-three migraine outpatients attended at the neurological clinic were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group consisted of 33 patients orally given 0.1mg of compound cinnarizine capsule two times per day and control group composed of 30 patients orally given 30mg of nimodipine ,three times per day and regularly followed-up for three months. Results The therapeutic effects in the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05) and the side effects were also obviously mild in the former than the latter (P<0.05). Conclusion The compound cinnarizine capsule is effective in treatment of migraine patients with small dosage and mild side effect, thus it is worthy of popularization.
