有纠错能力的PKC密码体制——CS码及其在电报通信中的应用

摘　　要：本文叙述了一种新型的具有纠错能力的 PKC 密码——CS码.这种密码具有较强的保密性,同时具有纠错能力,且加密纠错编码和解密纠错译码算法较简便.The Public Key Cryptosystem is an advanced cryptosystem developed in the later of 1970s.A new PKC cipher,CS cipher with the capability of error-correcting,is proposed in this paper,which has both the capabilities of strong security and error-correctlng and the simple and convenient algorithms of encryption and error-correcting encoding,decryption and error- correcting decoding.The result is satisfactory when the CS cipher is used in the public telegram communication network.
