摘　　要：目的　探讨及时、准确地临床诊断严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)的可靠依据。方法　对同时具备发热、血象不高、胸部X线有异常改变的 179例患者按照我们总结的SARS胸部X线特征性表现进行了临床分析。结果　符合文中 4项胸部X线特征性表现中的 3项 (含 )以上者 ,均临床诊断为SARS ,非SARS患者只符合 4项中的两项 (含 )以下。Objective To investigate the reliable diagnostic evidence for SARS patients in order to be diagnosed as accurately and early as possible.Methods 179 patients with high fever, normal white blood cell count,whose chest X ray showed shadow, were analyzed according to the characters of SARS patients'chest X ray manifestation that we had summarized.Results The patients whose chest X ray had three (or more than) items of the four characters (the shadow along the edge of the lungs,multifocal,progressing with time,the shadow in the chest X ray disappearing here and emerging there) were diagnosed as SARS and those had two (or less than) items of the four were exempted from SARS diagnosis.Conclusion The characteristics of chest X ray have high value in the diagnosis of SARS.
