黄精多糖乳膏治疗生殖器疱疹临床随机对照实验

摘　　要：目的 :探讨 1.5 %黄精多糖乳膏治疗生殖器疱疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法 :采用随机对照试验 ,以 3%阿昔洛韦乳膏对照 ,两组均用药 7d、每天外用 5次。结果 :共观察 4 5例 ,30例随机分入黄精多糖乳膏组 ,15例随机分入阿昔洛韦乳膏组。结果黄精多糖乳膏组的临床有效率、痊愈率、及不良反应率分别为 96 .6 7%、 6 6 .6 7%和 2 5 .81% ,阿昔洛韦乳膏组分别为 10 0 %、 73.33%和 13.33% ,两组疗效和安全性差异均无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :1.5 %黄精多糖乳膏治疗生殖疱疹具有较好临床疗效。Objective:To study the potentil efficacy and topical treatment of genital herpes with huangjing amylose cream.Methods:A randomized,acyclovir-controlled clinical trial of 1.5% huangjing amylose cream 5 times daily up to7days for suppression of genital herpes was conducted.Result:Forty-five patients with genital herpes were enrolled into this trial.thirty patients were randomly selected to receive 1.5% huangjing amylose cream;fifteen patients were randomly chosen to receive 3% acyclovir cream.Result showed that the effective rate,cure rate,and incidence of adverse reaction for huangjing amylose group were 96.67%,66.67% and 25.81% respectively,and for acyclovir group were 100%,73.33% and 13.33% respectively.No significant difference was observed between groups in efficacy and safety ( P >0.05).Conclusion:Huangjing amylose cream is effective in treatment of genital herpes.
