复方活性多糖对实验大鼠免疫调节作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :为证明复方活性多糖对大鼠免疫调节及 T细胞亚群增殖的提升作用。方法 :通过建立免疫缺陷模型 ,经复方活性多糖干预 ,采用流式细胞术观察 T细胞亚群等变化。结果 :常量组对淋巴细胞、CD3+、CD4 +的增殖有明显的促进作用 ,脾指数、胸腺指数明显增加。促进 L YM增殖的起始时间于干预一周后即可产生。结论 :复方活性多糖具有增强细胞免疫调节功能 ,显著地促进 CD4 +增殖和提高 CD4 + / CD8+ ,常量组和 5倍剂量组有效、快速、可行。Objective:To prove the compound amylose's positive effect to the rat's immunity regulation and T lymphocyte subgroup.Methods:We observe the change of the T lymphocyte subgroup and so on through flow cytometer by building a immunodeficiency model with compound amylose's intervention.Results:The intervene group had obviously positive effect to the proliferation of lymphocyte,CD_3 +,and CD_4 +.The spleen index and thymus index increased obviously.It promoted the beginning time of lymphocyte's proliferation occurred in one week after intervention.Conclusion:This prove compound amylose can regulate function of the cellular immunity,can remarkably prompt CD_4 +'s proliferation and increase CD_4 +/CD_8 +.The normal dose group is feasible,fast and effective.
