灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 :对 10 6例急性脑梗死患者使用灯盏花素治疗 ,测定其治疗前后血脂、纤维蛋白原、血小板的浓度及脑血流量变化。结果 :急性脑梗死患者治疗后甘油三脂、胆固醇、纤维蛋白原、血小板的浓度均值有明显降低 (P<0 .0 1) ,脑血流量明显升高 ,具有显著差异性 ,同时治疗后患者的临床体征亦有明显改善。结论 :灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死是有效的。Objective:To study the effects of Dengzhanhuasu in treating acute cerbral infarctiln.Methods:106 patients with acute cerebral infarction accepted Dengzhanhuasu,their sera were gathered to detect level of blood lipid,fibrinogen,blood platelet and cerebral blood flow before and after Dengzhanhuasu treatment.Results:After Dengzhanhuasu treatment the level of triglyceride,cholesterol,fibrinoger and blood platelet decreased significantly( P <0.01)in sera of acute cerebral infarction and cerebral flow increased significantly which has significant difference.After dengxhanhuasu treatment,the patients clinical signs were improved too.Conclusions:Dengzhanhuasu has effect in treating acute cerebral infarction.
