摘　　要：介绍了 IDT70 2 61的结构特点和基本功能 ,详细阐述了 IDT70 2 61的忙仲裁逻辑、双边中断逻辑和标识器逻辑 ,给出了一种基于 IDT70 2 61的 TMS3 2 0 L F2 40 X和 TMS3 2 0 C5In this paper, the architecture characteristics and the basic function of dual port RAM IDT70261 are presented, a detailed description of its busy arbitration logic, dual port interrupt logic and semaphore signaling is expounded, practical applications in high speed and real time DSP communication system between TMS320LF240X and TMS320C54X is introduced.
