摘　　要：WTO的基本宗旨是发展国际贸易,WTO规则的基本原则体现着市场经济的基本要求,我国经济法与WTO规则存在着一个相互转化的关系,在此意义上重构的我国经济法体系应当是以竞争法为核心的狭义的经济法体系。the basic purpose of WTO is to develop international trade.The basic principles of WTO embodys the requirement of market-oriented economic.There is a transformable relationship between WTO and Chinese economic law.On the base of this,our economic law should be reconstructed on the focus of competition law.
