糖肾康对糖尿病肾病患者尿转化生长因子-β_1的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察糖肾康对糖尿病肾病患者尿转化生长因子 - β1 的影响 ,进一步证实糖肾康对DN的治疗作用 ,并探讨其作用机制。方法 :治疗组 73例采用糖肾康和卡托普利联合治疗 ,对照组 75例单服卡托普利 ,两组其他治疗相同 ,治疗时间为 6个月 ,观察治疗前后尿TGF - β1 的变化。结果 :治疗后尿TGF - β1 显著下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,与对照组治疗后比较有统计学差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗 (IR)、血流动力学和肾功能明显改善。结论 :糖肾康通过改善血糖、血脂、IR、血流动力学和直接抑制TGF - β1 功能及分泌达到保护肾脏 ,使尿TGF - β1Objective:To investigate the influence of TangShenKang(TSK) on urinary transforming growth factor β 1 (TGF-β 1) of diabetic nephropathy(DN) and asses the effect of TSK on DN and its possible mechanism.Methods:73 cases of DN treated with TSK and captopril served as the study group,75 cases treated with captopril alone were recruited as control group,the same routine treatment were given to the patients in borth groups.The course of treatement lasted 6 months.Urinary TGF-β 1 level were monitored before and affer treatment.Results:In the study group,urinary TGF-β 1 level decreased significantly after treatment( P <0.01)?It is decreased significantly compared with control growp( P <0.05).serum levels of glucose and lipid decreased significantly,insulin resistane (IR),renal blood flow and function were improved too.Conclusion:TSK,by inhibiting the synthesis and secrete of TGF-β 1 and its effect,can protect kidney.It is effective on DN.
