摘  要:目的建立山楂中枸橼酸的高效液相含量测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法,Zorbax-sbC18柱,磷酸二氢铵-磷酸缓冲液为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长为210 nm;柱温25℃。结果枸橼酸回归方程Y=3 510.8+56 992.3X,r=0.999 9,线性范围0.79-15.96μg。生山楂中枸橼酸平均回收率为103.4%,RSD=0.9%;焦山楂中枸橼酸平均回收率为98.8%,RSD=2.8%(n=5)。结论该方法简便易行,可用于山楂饮片中枸橼酸的含量测定。OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of citric acid in Fructus Crataegi and Fructus Crataegi Preparatus, and to analyse the content of citric acid in samples collected from different regions. METHODS: A Zorbax sbC18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used with phosphate buffer solution (pH 3.0) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL&middotmin-1. The column temperature was 25°C and the UV detection wavelength was 210nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve for citric acid was in good linearity over the range of 0.79-15.96 μg with the regression equation Y = 3 510.8 + 56 992.3 X, r = 0.999 9. The average recoveries of citric acid in Fructus Crataegi and Fructus Crataegi Preparatus were 103.4% and 98.8%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible.
