摘  要:目的探讨环孢素A服药后2 h的血药浓度(c2)与临床排异及生化指标的关系。方法 选择本院58例初次肾移植术患者,在术后0-3个月内同时监测全血环孢素A的c0和c2各170次,并对手术前后常规生化指标进行统计学分析。结果环孢素A在非排异组和排异组的c0与c2分别是(371±127),(263±88)ng·mL-1(P>0.05)和(1102±422),(727±304)ng·mL-1(P<0.05)。结论肾移植术后c2监测是预测和判断急性排异反应的敏感指标,术后尽早使c2水平达到1 000-14 00 ng·mL-1,临床效果比较理想。OBJECTIVE: To study the relation among blood concentration of cyclosporine A (CsA), clinical rejection, and biochemical parameters of renal transplantation patients. METHODS: Blood concentrations were monitored at 0(c0) and 2(c2) hour after CsA administration in 58 patients 0-3 months after renal transplantation. Biochemical parameters were determined by autobiochemical analyzer. Transplantation rejection was observed by clinical features. RESULTS: c0 and c2 of the non-rejection group (n = 51) and rejection group (n = 8) were (371 ± 127) vs (263 ± 88) ng&middotmL-1 (P > 0.05) and (1 108 ± 422) vs (727 ± 304) ng&middotmL-1 (P 2 is a sensitive predictor of the clinical effects of CsA. To get satisfactory therapeutic efficacy after renal transplantation, the c2 might be maintained in a range of 1000-1400 ng&middotmL -1.
