摘 要:以双烯类液晶单体4-十一烯酰氧基苯甲酸-4′-烯丙氧基苯甲酸对苯二酚双酯为交联剂,通过与聚硅氧烷接枝反应,合成了系列网络聚合物P1~P5。合成的液晶单体及聚合物的化学结构均通过红外的表征,利用DSC、POM和X射线衍射技术研究了其相行为。结果表明,网络液晶聚合物P1~P3都有液晶性能,具有较宽的液晶相范围,且随交联剂在链中含量的增加,Tg增加,Ti变化不大,当交联剂的含量超过66.7%时,液晶相取向被固定,因此,P4与P5的DSC曲线只出现玻璃化转变。The synthesis of divinyl liquid crystalline monomer 4-undecenyloyloxybenzoyl-4′-allyloxybenzoyl-p-benzenediol bisate and network polymers was described. The chemical structures of the synthesized monomer and network polymers were confirmed by FT-IR spectrum. The phase behavior of monomer and network polymers was investigated by DSC, POM, and X-ray measurement. The monomer exhibits typical nematic threaded and schlieren texture. The network polymers P_1~P_3 displayes nematic phase and have wider mesomorphic temperature ranges. For P_1~P_5, T_g increases and T_i has no significant change with increasing the concentration of crosslinking units. When the concentration of the crosslinking agent is greater than (66.7%), the orientation of mesogenic phase is fixed, so DSC curve of P_4 and P_5 only shows T_g, but X-ray diffraction shows that the molecular alignment of P_1~P_3 is consistent with that of P_4 and P_5.
