摘　　要：目的:总结艾滋病临床特征,探讨中医药治疗艾滋病的临床疗效。方法:通过1989年以来在坦桑尼亚中医治疗艾滋病729例病历的统一整理,录入电脑统计,对病例进行总结。结果:本病患者临床症状依次以乏力、咳嗽、皮疹、发热、淋巴结肿大、腹泻、胸痛为多见;辨证主要涉及肺脾二脏,少有心、肝、肾表现;T淋巴细胞亚群CD_4计数总体水平较低。结论:中医治疗可改善症状,提高免疫功能,尤以CD_1低于200cell/mm^3时,疗效显著。Objective: To summarize clinical characteristics of AIDS and to study therapeutic effect of TCM on AIDS. Methods: The medical records of 729 cases of AIDS who have treated by TCM since 1989 in Tanzania are systematized and entered into computer for summarization. Results: The symptoms such as weakness, cough, skin rash. fever, lymphademectasis, diarrhea and chest pain are commonly seen in the patient of AIDS. which is mainly involved in the lung and the spleen, and less in the heart, the liver and the kidney. CD4 count of T-lymphocyte subgroup is lower. Conclusion: TCM treatment can improve symptoms, increase immune function, particularly, when CD4 is lower than 200cells/mm^3. tbe therapeutic effect is obvious.
