摘　　要：本文从我国住房信贷现状入手,探求能否以健全和完善住房消费信贷制度,来激活消费,促进 国民经济的发展。The thesis starts with the present situation of our nation's housing Loan, so that we can stir the consumption in order to promote the derelopment of the national economy by analyzing whether we can perfect and improve our system of the housing consumption Loan.
