摘　　要：为了深入研究刺辊、锡林、盖板间的梳理过程、针布的梳理特性、工艺参数在加工各种纤维时的梳理强度、梳理效果 ,可应用非电量电测原理研制成的梳理力棉束测定仪来进行测定。系统介绍了梳理力测定仪的原理和组成 ,实际梳理力测定仪的硬件和软件设计及具体组成 ,并对三种盖板针布调整工艺参数 (刺辊、锡林速度、梳棉机产量、生条定量 )等进行了实测 。For the ananlysis of carding process of taker-in rollers and cylinder clothing regarding the carding property,process specification for varieties of fibers for the carding strength,carding effect,the cotton assemblies ergermeter without non electricity be used.The paper presents here the working principle and constructure of the ergometeras as well as the hardwares plus the softwares required.The paper also involves with three top clothings regarding the determination of the process specification,volocity of taker-in rollers,capacity of the carding machine,production of the sliver. The device is useful in practice.
