摘　　要：通过对爱西奥系列节能锭带结构特点的分析 ,并结合对国内 2 0家中型纺纱厂节电效果的调研 ,说明该锭带同传统的棉锭带和国产涂胶锭带相比可节电 5 %～ 8%、降噪 4dB～ 6dB、使用寿命延长 4～ 5倍 ,并能够有效地改善成纱质量 。Analysis is done to the structure of ASIAO spindle-tape in conjunction with investigation on 20 medium type spinning mills,we find that it can save 5%～8% electricity,reduce 4 dB～6 dB noise, and yarn quality can be effectively improved,too.Considerable economic benefit will be gained if more and more mills are equipped with the product.
