金银花染色体核型研究

摘　　要：本试验采用去壁、低渗、火焰干燥法,对金银花茎尖细胞染色体核型进行了观察研究。结果表明:金银花染色体核型为2n=18=14Sm(3SAT)+2m+2S_t(2SAT),属于3A 型,有较强的对称性。In this experiment an observational study on chomosome idiogramof honeysuckle(Lonicera japonica)which was in the cells on shoot tip wascarried out by a cell wall-removal,low=osmosis and flame-drying method.The result showed that the formula of idiogram of honeysuckle was 2n=18=14sm(3SAT)+2m+2st(2SAT).It was of 3A type and had a strongsymmetry.
