摘  要:①目的 探讨胎儿宫内发育迟缓 (IUGR)孕妇外周静脉血及脐血中神经肽Y(NPY)浓度的变化及其意义。②方法 检测 2 0例IUGR病人、2 0例正常妊娠孕妇外周静脉血及脐血中NPY的浓度 ,并测定新生儿体质量。③结果 IUGR组新生儿体质量低于正常妊娠组 ,差异有显著性 (t′ =2 .914 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;IUGR病人外周静脉血NPY浓度明显高于正常妊娠组 ,而脐血中其浓度则明显低于正常妊娠组 ,差异均具有显著性 (t′ =2 .10 5、2 .6 85 ,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 NPY可能通过调节母体血管影响胎盘功能或直接参与了胎儿体质量的调节 。Objective To investigate the changes of neuropeptide Y(NPY) concentrations in peripheral blood and cord blood of patients with intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR). Methods The concentrations of NPY in the peripheral blood and cord blood of 20 IUGR women and 20 normal pregnant women were detected. The weight of the newborns was assayed. Results The weight of the newborns in the IUGR differed significantly from that in the control group(t′=2.914,P<0.05). The concentration of NPY in the peripheral blood was significantly higher in the IUGR group than that of the control group(t′=2.105, P< 0.05), but that in the cord blood was significantly lower (t′=2.685 ,P<0.05). Conclusion NPY plays a role in the genesis of IUGR by regulating the placenta function and fetal weight.
