复合蛋白锌治疗男性不育症的效果

摘　　要：①目的　探讨复合蛋白锌对男性不育症的治疗效果。②方法　对 30例男性不育症病人在病原治疗的基础上加用复合蛋白锌治疗 4个月。应用精液电子计算机自动分析系统检测治疗前后精液和精子的质量 ,并进行对比 ;采用PCR检测病人病原体复制拷贝数。③结果　治疗后精液性状、颜色改善 ,pH值较为理想 ;精液量、精子数、精子活率、精子活动力、运动精子数增加 ,畸形率明显减少 ,差异均有显著意义 (t =1.985～ 3.172 ,P <0 .0 1)。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of multiprotein-zinc in male sterility(MS). Methods Thirty MS patients were given multiprotein-zinc in addition to pathogen-specific treatment for four months. The quality of semen and sperm was determined before and after the treatment and analyzed by Sperm Computerized Analysis System, and pathogen copies of the patients determined by PCR. Results Semen appearance and color improved, its pH value were comparatively ideal. The volume and density of the semen, the survival and motoricity of the sperm increased, while deformity decreased (t=1.985- 3.172, P<0.01). Conclusion A combination of multiprotein-zinc with other drugs concerned is safe and effective for male sterility.
