妊娠高血压综合征病人血清白细胞介素-6水平的测定

摘　　要：①目的　探讨妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )病人血清IL 6水平的变化及其与妊高征发病的关系。②方法　采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA) ,测定了 6 0例妊高征病人 (其中轻度、中度、重度各 2 0例 )及 35例正常晚期妊娠妇女血清IL 6浓度。③结果　妊高征组血清IL 6含量明显高于正常妊娠组 ,差异有显著性 (t =2 .16 5 ,P <0 .0 5 )。中、重度妊高征组IL 6含量与轻度及正常妊娠组比较 ,差异有显著性 (F =8.4 12 ,q =4 .36 5～6 .0 5 3,P <0 .0 5、0 .0 1) ,轻度妊高征组IL 6含量与正常妊娠组比较 ,差异无显著性 (q =2 .10 2 ,P >0 .0 5 )。 ④结论血清中IL 6的升高参与了血管内皮损伤过程 ,IL 6可能在妊高征的发病过程中起一定的作用。Objective To study the changes of serum interleukin-6(IL-6) in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH) and the relationship between IL-6 and the genesis of PIH. Methods Serum levels of IL-6 of 60 PIH women (including 20 with mild PIH, 20 moderate, and 20 severe) and 35 normal pregnant ones were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results Serum levels of IL-6 in the PIH group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t= 2.165 ,P<0.05). Serum levels of IL-6 in the moderate and severe PIH groups were significantly higher than those in the mild PIH group and control group (F=8.412,q=4.365-6.053,P<0.05,0.01). No difference existed between the serum levels in the mild PIH and control groups (q=2.102,P>0.05). Conclusion The increased levels of serum of IL-6 may participate in the vascular endothelium damages in PIH. IL-6 may play a role in the genesis of PIH.
