摘 要:以3个普通小麦推广品种为材料,种子先经理化诱变处理后(EMS_(0.2)M,r—射线30KR,SA2mM),接种M_1代幼胚进行离体培养,比较了再生R_2代不同处理的变异频率。结果表明,EMS 处理后R_2代的变异频率和不分离变异所占比例最高;有益变异频率的提高以r—射线处理的R_2代最为显著,SA 处理也具有提高R_2变异频率的作用,但其有益变异及不分离变异与R_2对照接近。诱变处理后R_2代与R_2对照相比,对变异谱没有明显影响。The effect of mutagenic treatments combined with immature embryoculture on the variation frequency of common wheat in R2 generation(M_3R_2)wastested using three wheat varieties.The immature embryo derived from theseeds pre-treated with mutagens(EMS0.2M,r-radiation 30KR,SA 2mM)was inoculated.The results showed that the M_2R_2 treated with EMS hadthe highest variation frequency and proportion of non-segregating variationin R2 generation.The highest useful variation frequency were found inr-radiated material.Although the variation frequency was increased in SAtreatment,the frequency of useful variation and proportion of non-segregatingvariation had no difference with control(R2).No evidence was found thatvariation spectrum was enlarged in mutagenic treated material than R2.
