摘 要: 研究了壳聚糖、硫酸软骨素和肝素对胶原海绵理化性质和生物相容性的影响。结果表明:添加壳聚糖后胶原海绵的孔隙率和吸水率下降,添加硫酸软骨素后上升,而添加肝素后无明显变化。三种添加剂均可减少基质收缩,增强材料的抗降解性能,但种间差异不明显。与纯胶原海绵相比,复合海绵可进一步促进细胞的吸附和增殖,其中添加壳聚糖和肝素的效果相当,优于硫酸软骨素,有望应用于构建组织工程化人工皮肤。The effects of additives, including chitosan, chondroitin sulfate and heparin on the physical-chemical characteristics and biocompatibility of collagen sponges were investigated. The results showed that the porosity and water capacity of collagen sponges decrease by adding chitosan, increase by adding chondroitin sulfate, but no effect by heparin. All the three additives produce similar effect to improve the anti-degradability of collagen sponges and reduce the constriction of scaffolds. The composite sponges has greater accelerate effect on cell growth and proliferation than that of pure collagen sponges. However, the effect of chitosan and heparin on cell growth were found more significant than that of chondroitin sulfate. These results propose that the collagen sponges with these additives are potential for the use in constructing tissue engineered bioartificial skin.
