摘 要:针对户部寨气田储层物性差,具有低孔、低渗、低压和压裂难度大的特点,研究了户部寨气田压裂伤害机理以及所采取的保护措施;通过优选适合该地区的低伤害压裂液,并对地质资料和以往的压裂情况进行分析,提高了压裂设计参数的准确性,减少了液体对储层的伤害;通过在前置液中加入支撑剂段塞,在压裂施工中采用分段破胶、裂缝处理技术和裂缝强制闭合技术,提高了户部寨气田的施工成功率和压裂效果。现场4井次实验表明,应用这些技术,平均单井日增天然气2.475×104m3/d,累计增气457×104m3。Reservoir of Hubuzai gasfield has some characteristics,such as:poorer physical property,lower porosity,lower permeability and low pressure etc.,so that fracture treatment is difficult to perform .Therefore,the resarch on reservoir damage mechanism of fracture treatment in Hubuzai gasfield and reservoir protection technology is carried out.Optimization of the lower damage fracture fluid and analysis of geologic parameter have increased the accuracy of fracturing design parameters and eliminated the formation damage.New fracturing technology requires adding proppant slug into pad fluid and applying staged gel breaking technique,fracture processing technique and forced closure technique in fracturing operation,the fracturing success ratio and postfracture response is increased.Result of field tests in 4 wells indicates new technology has been increasing gas production per well to 2 475×10 4 m 3/d and cumulative stimulation ratio has been reached to 457×10 4 m 3
