游梁式抽油机驴头悬点投影偏差的分析研究

摘　　要：通过游梁式抽油机驴头悬点投影偏差对采油生产不利影响的分析,提出控制缩小悬点投影偏差的重要性。重点研究了中央轴承座连接方式、游梁驴头组成系的刚性以及环境温度变化等因素对驴头悬点投影偏差的影响,提出从抽油机设计、制造和油田安装、管理方面应采取的技术措施。Through the analysis of the adverse effect for production caused by the projection declination of horsehead′s pendulous point of beam pumping unit,the paper presents the importance for controllng and reduction the projection declination,and study mainly the influence of the connecting method of the central bearing seat,the rigidity of the walking beam and horsehead grouping system and the changes of environmental temperature etc.on the projection declination of horsehead′s pendulous point.At the same time ,the paper proposes suggestions about adopting corresponding technical steps from pumping unit design,manufacture,installation at field and management aspects.
