摘  要:目的 在原有皮下埋植型犬用吡喹酮缓释药棒的基础上进一步改进 ,使其有效缓释时间达 2年以上。设计和提供配套使用的埋植工具和方法。方法 通过对药物装量和惰性填料配比的调整 ,达到在保持有效剂量条件下 ,提高其缓释效率 ,并通过现场大面积应用确定其有效缓释时间。结果 经过改进的SRPⅢ型药棒降低了埋植后第 1年的药物释放量 ,相应地增加了第 2和第 3年的药物释放量 ,药物在埋植后的第 3年末释放完毕。在此期间完全控制了家犬中细粒棘球绦虫的自然感染。结论 SRPⅢ型犬用吡喹酮缓释药棒在家犬皮下埋植后可保持有效缓释时间达 3年。大规模现场验证表明可以在 3年内完全控制家犬中细粒棘球绦虫的自然感染。为人畜包虫病的预防提供了一种高效、安全。ObjectiveTo improve a praziquantel slow released preparation to lengthen its drug release time and antihelminthic effect. To design and provide a tool for subcutaneously plantation to dogs. Method The drug loading and proportion of inert stuffing in praziquantel bar were adjusted and the drug release was quantified yearly. ResultThe improved drug bar of type SRP Ⅲ decreased the proportion of praziquantel released in the first year after plantation (from 56.6% to 41.0%) and elevated correspondently the drug release in the next two years. The drug released entirely at the end of 3rd year after plantation. A large scale field experiment indicated that the natural infection of E. granulosus in dogs was controlled completely in the period of three years after plantation. ConclusionThe type improved SRP Ⅲ of praziquantel slow released bar markedly increased the efficiency of sustained release and demonstrated that its antihelminthic effect could be sustained for three years in large scale field application. Thus an effective and reliable measure and a set of planting tool for prevention of cystic echinococcosis are provided.
