6种配方驱避剂现场驱蚊效果观察

摘　　要：目的　研究 2个厂家的驱避剂和我们自行配制的 4种配方的驱避剂现场驱蚊效果。方法　在蚊虫密度较高的伊犁地区 ,对试验人群的两下肢和膝关节涂抹 5mL不同配方的驱避剂 ,然后观察驱避剂的保护时间和有效率。结果　在 2个厂家所生产的驱避剂当中 ,天津市农药研究所的建民避蚊剂效果较好 ,平均保护时间长于 60min ;4种不同浓度和配方的驱避剂当中 ,10 %Deet +5 %邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、12 %Deet与其它驱避成分复配、2 0 %Deet 3种效果较好 ,平均保护时间 >60min ,90min有效率在 2 6%～ 42 %,其中 2 0 %Deet酊剂效果最好 ,平均保护时间 99.8min ,12 0min有效率3 1.6%。结论　驱避剂的效果与有效成分的种类、浓度 ,当地的蚊虫种类、密度以及个人差异等有密切的关系 ;在一定范围内 ,随着Deet浓度的增高 ,驱避剂的保护时间延长 ;驱避剂的合理复配也可能提高驱避效果。Objective To study the effect on the spot of mosquito repellents of two mills and four prescriptions Deet. Method5mL mosquito repellent was painted on the lower limbs and knee joints of subjects on the spot, then the protection time and the effective ratio were observed. Result In two repellents of mills,the effect of 'Jianmin' mosquito repellent by Tianjin Presticide Institute was better than 'Baoermei' mosquito repellent by Jiangsu Tianmei. Its average protection time was more than 60min. Of four prescriptions Deet, the effects of 10% Deet+5% dimethyl phthalate (DMP), 12% Deet+other repellent compositions and 20% Deet were better. Their average protection time was more than 60 min and the effective ratios of 90 min varied from 26%～42%. 20% Deet effect was the best. The average protection time was 99.8 min and the effective ratio of 120 min was 36.1%. ConclusionThe effects of mosquito repellents relate to many factors,such as effective composition species,density,prescription, formulation, the mosquito species,population density and individual difference in use.The protection time prolongs as the the Deet concentration increases.
