热烟雾灭蟑及不同巩固方法效果的比较研究

摘　　要：目的　观察热烟雾对客轮灭蟑效果及筛选有效的巩固方法。方法　用粘蟑纸诱捕测定密度。结果　用欧丽牌OR— 4喷射式动力烟雾机按氯氰菊酯 30mg/m3 ,DDVP 0 2g/m3 剂量施放热烟雾处理 ,2 4h德国小蠊密度下降率达 10 0 %。灭效巩固对照组第一个月控制率为 92 0 2 % ,第二个月降至 4 2 6 4 % ,第三个月密度超过试验前水平。投放“特灵”灭蟑螂蚂蚁药方法巩固 ,第二个月控制率降至 76 95 % ,第三个月降至 6 1 37%。结论　客轮用热烟雾灭蟑短期效果较好 ,2 5 0mg/m2 三氟氯氰菊酯涂抹重点场所缝隙或使用胶饵。Objective To observe the eff icacy of hot fog against cockroaches and select useful strengthening measure on passenger ship.Methods Measuring density with cockroach paste.Results The reduce rate of Blattella germanica density was 100% affter spraying cypermethrin 30 mg/m3 and DDVP 0.2 g/m3 for 24 h with OR-4 sprayer.In the first month,the density control rate was 92.02%.While in the second month,it reduced to 42.64%.But in the third month,the density was more than that of before experiment.If using “Teling” insecticide to strengthen density,it reduced to 76.95% in the second month,while it reduced to 61.37% in the third month.Conclusion Hot fog had good efficacy against cockroaches for short term on passenger ship.Gel bait and bait paste of 250 mg/m2 beta-cyfluthrin could strengthen the efficacy of killing cockroaches.
