桑白皮挥发油诱发小鼠体内淋巴细胞转化的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察CMVO诱发小鼠体内淋巴细胞转化的效果。方法 :按设计分别对小鼠应用CMVO等药物进行胃灌注给药 ,并于给药前后 17d内每天定时取血、染色、观察小鼠淋巴细胞和淋巴母细胞以及过渡形细胞。结果 :CMVO对正常小鼠体内的淋巴细胞转化有较强的刺激增殖作用 ,对被CY抑制的淋巴细胞转化率也有较强的恢复作用 ,与对照组相比 ,差异有显著性。结论 :CMVO具有活化淋巴细胞。Objective: To observe the effect of using volatile oil of cortex mori(CMVO) to induce on lymphocyte transformation in internal body of mouse. Method: CMVO and other medicine were filled into mouse's stomach for three days. Sample blood, dye were done and eymphacyce,lymphoblast and transitional cell were observed at regular time from the first to seventh days before and after perfusion. Result: CMVO can stimulate increasingly on lymphocyte transformation in internal body of normal mouse and can rebuilt the rate of lymphocyte transformation inhibited by CY. Comparing with control group,there is a significant difference. Conclusion: CMVO can activated the lymphocyte and increase the immune function.
