中学教师SCL-90测试结果分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解中学教师的心理健康状况。方法 :采用SCL 90临床症状自评量表对 18所中学 10 16名中学教师进行检测。结果 :样本的SCL 90因子得分、总分与常模比较 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。在人际关系、抑郁项目和心理健康总分 ,样本组得分低于常模 ;躯体化、强迫、焦虑、敌对、性恐怖、偏执、精神病性项目和阳性项目数 ,样本组得分高于常模 ;样本与常模不同性别间因子得分的比较结果为 :在人际关系、抑郁项目 ,样本男性、女性均低于常模 ;男性在躯体化、恐怖项目和阳性项目数 ,因子得分高于常模 ;女性除人际关系、抑郁项目外 ,其它各项因子得分均高于常模 ;样本不同性别间比较差异无显著性 ;不同年龄间样本与常模比较 ,各因子得分差异无显著性 ;中学教师各年龄间各因子得分比较 ,差异无显著性。结论 :样本心理健康总体水平高于常模 ,尤其是人际关系、抑郁项目得分。Objective: To Investigate mental health status of middle school teachers. Methods: Self evaluation of clinical symptom was done in 1 016 middle school teachers by using SCL-90 questionaire. Results: SCL-90 factor′s scores and total score of samples were significantly different from those of model (P<0.001) . The scores of interpersonal relationship, depression, and total mental health of samples were lower than those of model. Scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive, anxiety, hostile, phobic anxiety, paranoid, psychotism, PST of sample were higher than those of model. As sexual difference between sample and model was compared , scores of interpersonal relationship, depression of sample both in male and female were lower than those of model. Scores of somatization, phobic anxiety, PST of male were higher than those of model. For females, all scores of sample except scores of interpersonal relationship, depression were higher than that of model. No sexual difference was found in sample. Age differences of scores within sample group or between sample and model were not found. Conclusion: Generally speaking, mental health status of middle school teachers are better than that of model, especially for interpersonal relationship, depression. However, somatic symptoms and some other factors indicates that some mental health problems still existed in middle school teachers.
