摘　　要：目的 :观察消痔灵注射液治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂的疗效及安全性。方法 :对 10 4例Ⅰ～Ⅲ度成人完全性直肠脱垂病人 ,采用消痔灵和 2 %利多卡因注射液 (1∶1配制 )行直肠周围的注射治疗 ,Ⅰ～Ⅱ度脱垂者行直肠两侧注射 (每侧 2 0～ 30mL) ,Ⅲ度脱垂者加行骶前间隙注射 (10～ 15mL) ,有 2例Ⅲ度脱垂者因肛门松弛严重同时行肛门紧缩手术。结果 :经 1～ 3次注射治疗 ,10 4例病人 10 3例治愈 ,随访 1a ,仅 1例复发。结论 :消痔灵注射液治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂安全。AIM: To explore the effect and safety of Xiaozhiling for treatment of adult total rectal prolapse. METHODS: One hundred and four patients with adult total rectal prolapse were treated with Xiaozhiling injection around rectum.Mixed drugs of Xiaozhiling and 2% lidocaine(1∶1) 20-30 mL mixed drugs were injected to the patients (Ⅰ-Ⅱ degree) from two side of rectum. 10-15 mL drugs were injected from anterior sacrum interspace to the patients of Ⅲ degree. Meanwhile, 2 patients were treated by anus diminution because of heavy anal relaxation. RESULTS: One hundred and three patients were cured after 1-3 times of injection of Xiaozhiling. Only 1 patient recurred through following-up for 1 a. CONCLUSION: Adult total rectal prolapse treated with Xiaozhiling injection around rectum is a simple and safe method with reliable effect.
