摘  要:目的 研究栀子总苷 (TGZ)对阿司匹林所致急性胃黏膜损伤 (AGML)的保护作用。方法 采用阿司匹林ig诱导大鼠AGML模型。观察TGZ 14 0、70、35mg/kg 3个剂量组和对照组的AGML指数 ,并同时检测胃黏膜局部血流量(GMBF)及血浆超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性和丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果 TGZ用药组的AGML指数较模型对照组显著降低 ,GMBF较模型对照组明显增加 ;TGZ可明显提高血浆中SOD活性 ,降低其MDA含量。结论 TGZ对阿司匹林所致AGML有明显的保护作用 ,其作用机制可能与增加胃黏膜血流及抗氧化作用有关。Objective To study the protective effect of total glycosides of Zhizi (TGZ) on experimental acute gastric mucosal lesion induced by aspirin in rats.Methods We used aspirin intragastric injection to make the model of acute gastric mucosal lesion (AGML) , measured the lesion index of rats in TGZ (140,70,35 mg/kg) and control groups. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Malonyl dialdehyde (MDA) level in blood and gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) were determined as well.Results Gastric mucosal lesion index of all the TGZ dosage groups was obviously reduced as compared with the control group. GMBF was significantly increased. TGZ increased SOD activity but reduced MDA content. Conclusion TGZ can inhibit aspirin-induced gastric mucosal lesion, the mechanism may be related to increase GMBF and antioxidation.
