未成熟卵体外培养成熟治疗难治性多囊卵巢综合征

摘　　要：目的　研究一种未成熟卵母细胞体外培养成熟技术治疗难治性多囊卵巢综合征 (PCOS) ,使其获得妊娠。方法　在月经第 3～ 5天给予PCOS患者小剂量促排卵药物 ,待卵泡直径达 10mm左右 ,取出未成熟卵子进行体外培养成熟 36h ,再行单精子胞浆注射 ,优质胚胎移植宫腔。结果　 17例难治性PCOS患者经此方法治疗 4例获得妊娠。结论　未成熟卵母细胞体外培养成熟技术是使难治性PCOS患者获得妊娠的可行方法。Objective To develop a new method for treating infertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) by in vitro maturation (IVM). Methods On day 3～5 of menstrual cycle, 17 cases were administrated with low dosage of ovalutory drugs until the follicle diameter reached about 10 mm. The immature oocytes were picked up and cultured in vitro for 36 h. Then, inseminlation and embryo transfer were performed. Results 4 pregnancies were established among 17 infertile women. Conclusion The report indicates that IVM is a new assisted reproductive technology for the infertile women with PCOS.
