老年人社区获得性肺炎145例临床分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨老年人社区获得性肺炎的特点。方法　回顾性分析近 6年我科 6 0岁以上社区获得性肺炎 (CAP)临床资料。结果　 14 5例老年人CAP ,男 10 6例 ,女 39例 ,年龄 6 2～ 91岁 ,平均 (77 75± 6 6 4 )岁。多数有基础疾病 ,约半数无发热 ,总病死率 10 3%。结论　老年人CAP表现不典型 ,合并症和并发症多 ,死亡率高。应强调早期诊断并及时合理治疗。Objective To investigate the characteristic of aged patients with community acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods The data of 145 cases with CAP were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were over 60 years old and treated in our department in the past 6 years.Results Of 145 cases with CAP,male 106,female 39,age 62～91(77.75±6.64) year.Most of them had underlying diseases.About half of them had no fever.Total mortality rate was 10.3%.Conclusion The elderly with CAP is atypical and has more complications and higher mortality rate.So,early diagnosis should be emphasized and reasonable treatments should be given to the patients in time.
