摘 要:玉米杆属植物纤维废料,研究玉米杆制草酸的目的在于寻求一条玉米杆的合理利用新途径,并寻找制草酸价廉宜得的原料。本研究采用独特的水解技术把玉米杆水解成含糖液体,再进一步氧化、结晶制取草酸。结晶过程中产生的含酸废液全部用于玉米杆水解。水解产生的废渣加工成粉末状的混合肥料。因此,独特的玉米杆水解技术不仅使草酸生产过程无废液和废渣排放,而且使草酸成本大幅度下降,为植物纤维废料的利用开辟新途径。Cornstalk is a kind of scraps of botanical fibre.To seek a new way to make use of cornstalk reasonably and to look for a cheaper material to produce oxalic acid is the purpose to research how to use cornstalk in the production of oxali acid.We adopt an out- standing hydrolytic technique—to hydrolyze cornstalk to liquid containing sugar,then take a further step to oxidize and crystallize to produce oxalic acid.All of the waste acid liquid produced in the course of crystallization were used to hydrolyze cornstalks.The waste residue was produced after hydrolysis will process to mixed powdered fertilizer.Therfore,this new technique not only in the course of producing oxalic acid without waste liquid and waste residue,but also reducing the cost of oxalic acid greatly.The outstanding hydrolytic technique cornstalk open up a new way for the use of scrap of botanical fibre.
