家蚕F_2代不同群体大小的作图效果分析

摘　　要：分别以群体大小 91、81、71、6 1、5 1和 4 5个个体为材料 ,分析了不同群体的作图效果 :相同参数条件下 ,随着群体的减小 ,分群数、不连锁标记数都表现出逐步减少的趋势 ;同一群体随着交换值的逐步减小 ,分群数、不连锁标记数和二联体数逐步增多 ,总图距和平均图距也相应变小 ;相同群体不同标记数在相同的作图参数条件下 ,随着标记数的减少 ,分群数有减少的趋势 ,但较多的标记群体其二联体数为最少 ,而进入连锁群的标记数和总图距有明显的降低趋势。根据Mapmaker分析对参数的设定要求和所研究的分群作图效果以 91个个体为最佳 ,认为家蚕F2 代作图群体至少不应小于 81个个体。The results of the study of constructing linkage map with population size 91,81,71,61,51 and 45 individuals respectively suggested that the number of linkage groups and unlinkage markers tend to decrease with the size of population reduced under the same analysis parameters.In the same size of population,the amount of linkage groups,unlinkage markers and two marker group increase gradually when the crossover value was reduced,while the total map distance and the mean of map distance decreased.Based on the same mapping parameters and the same size of population,the amount of linkage groups,markers linkaged and total map distance is positive related to the amount of markers,but the two marker group has a negative relation with the amount of markers.The results of this study suggested that the smallest size of F 2 mapping population of Bombyx mori should be 81 individuals.
