胃癌癌前病变p16抑癌基因表达及胃炎消的调控作用

摘　　要：目的 :观察胃癌癌前病变 (PLGC)组织中p16抑癌基mRNA水平的表达及胃炎消的调控作用。方法 :胃镜病理证实为PLGC病例共 4 0例 ,分为胃炎消治疗组 2 5例 ,维酶素对照组 15例 ,治疗前、后胃黏膜固定部位活检标本采用原位分子杂交标记的方法 ,做p16mRNA转录水平的检测。结果 :胃炎消组症状总有效率 84 0 0 % ,病理疗效以中度异型增生为好 ,作用优于对照药维酶素 ;在PLGC组织中 ,p16抑癌基因在mRNA水平有表达的缺失 ,且其随病变的进展而表达逐渐下降 ;胃炎消能使p16抑癌基因mRNA的表达上调。结论 :胃炎消对PLGC有良好的治疗作用 ,该作用可能与本方上调PLGC组织中与细胞周期调控因子相关p16抑癌基因mRNA的表达有关。Objective:To observe mRNA expression of p16 suppression gene in precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC),and regulating effect of Weiyanxiao(WYX).Methods:Forty patients with endoscopically and pathologically confirmed PLGC were studied.Among them 25 patients were treated with WYX,and 15 patients with Weimeisu(WMS)as control.mRNA expression of p16 suppression gene was detected by in situ hybridization histochemical methods before and after treatment.Results:The therapeutic effect of clinical syndromes and moderate dysplasia in WYX group were better than that in WMS group.The depleting expression of p16 suppression gene at mRNA stage were found in PLGC,and gradually reduced with the progress of lesions.WYX could increased the expressions of p16 suppression gene at mRNA stage in PLGC tissues to some extent.Conclusion:WYX has better therapeutic effect on PLGC.And this effect may be interrelated with regulating effect of WYX on the expression of mRNA stage of p16 suppression gene on the regulating factor related with cell cycle to some extent.
