灵异胶囊对DPN多元醇通路的影响

摘　　要：用灵异胶囊治疗糖尿病周围神经病变 (DPN) ,以期观察其对DPN的多元醇通路紊乱的调节作用。临床研究 ,选择符合DPN诊断标准的 90例门诊和住院病人 ,分成灵异胶囊组 6 0例 ,益气养阴复方组 3 0例。结果显示 :灵异胶囊的总有效率为 88.3 % ,中药对照组为 76 .7% ,治疗后的红细胞山梨醇含量有非常显著的下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。实验研究采用STZ诱发的迟发型糖尿病大鼠神经病变模型 ,分别予以灵异胶囊、益气养阴复方和弥可保治疗。结果表明 :模型组大鼠的血红细胞山梨醇值和晶体醛糖还原酶活性有明显的升高 ,经灵异胶囊治疗后有显著的下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,且优于两对照治疗组。结论 :灵异胶囊可有效地调节DPN时的多元醇代谢通路的紊乱 ,这可能是其疗效机制之一。DiabetesPeripheralNeuropathy (DPN )was treatedwith“EffectivenessandSpecificityCapsules” ,in ordertoobserveitsregulatoryfunctionfordisturbanceof polyatomicalcoholpathwayinDPN .Intheclinicalstudy , 90casesoftheoutpatientsandinpatientsconformingto DNPdiagnosticcriteriawereselectedanddividedinto 60 casesinthegroupof“EffectivenessandSpecificityCap sules”and 30casesinthegroupof“Qi Benefitingand Yin NourishingCompoundFormula” .Theresultsshowed thatthetotaleffectiveratewas 88.3%inthegroupof “EffectivenessandSpecificityCapsules”and 76.7%in thecontrolgroupofChineseherbalmedicineandthatthe contentsofredcellsorbitedecreasedremarkablyafter treatments(P <0 .0 1)andtherewasasignificantdiffer enceincomparisonwiththecontrolgroup (P <0 .0 5 ) .In theexperimentalstudy ,ratmodelswithdelayedDPNin ducedbySTZweretreatedrespectivelyby“Effectiveness andSpecificityCapsules” ,“Qi BenefitingandYin Nour ishingCompoundFormula”andMethycobalTablets .The resultsshowedthatthevalueofredcellsorbiteandthe activityofcrystalaldosereductaseobviouslyincreasedin ratmodelsandthatafterthetreatmentswith“Effective nessandSpecificityCapsules” ,bothofthemdecreasedre markably (P <0 .0 1)andbetterthantwocontrolgroups . Itisconcludedthat“EffectivenessandSpecificityCap sules”caneffectivelyregulatethedisturbanceofpoly atomicalcoholpathwayinDPNanditismaybeoneofthe reasonsinitstherapeuticeffect .
