三种长春花细胞系阿玛碱合成能力的比较

摘　　要：比较激素自养型细胞系C2 0 hi及其母株C2 0 D和C2 0 在生长和生产培养基中细胞生长、阿玛碱生成情况 ,结果表明 :三者最大生物量无显著差异 ,在生长和生产培养基中 ,C2 0 hi的阿玛碱含量均显著高于C2 0 D和C2 0 ,说明所筛选的激素自养型细胞系C2 0 hi是一株高产优质的细胞系。Thecellgrowthandaj malicineproductionofhormoneau totrophiccelllineC2 0 hianditsma ternallineC2 0 DandC2 0 werrcom paredinthegrowthandproduction culturemedia .Theresultsshowed thattherewasnosignificantdiffer enceinthemaximumbiomassin threecelllinesandthatinthe growthandproductionculturemedi a ,theajmalicinecontentinC2 0 hi wereallhigherthanthatinC2 0 Dand C2 0 ,indicatingthatthesievedhor moneautotrophiccelllineC2 0 hiisa celllineofhighproductionand quality .
