摘 要:随着社会的进步和人民生活水平的提高,病人与家属对医疗护理服务和技术的质量提出越来越高的要求。迫切需要管理者用更卓越、更有效的思路与方法来进行质量评价与控制。根据病人的需求和满意程度评价护理质量,加大护理过程的控制与评价力度,以适应现代护理的发展,达到为病人提供“及时、方便、放心、有效”的优质护理服务。As the progress of society and the improvement of people’s living standard,patients and their family members have increasingly high requirements to the quality of medical nursing service and technique.They urgently need the administrators to use more effective thinking ways and methods for quality evaluation and control.This article put forward a new thinking way to evaluate the quality of nursing according to the patients’ demands and their satisfactory level,and concurrently to enforce the control and evaluation of nursing procedure,in order to meet the development of modern nursing and to provide “timely,convenient,trustworthy and effective” high-quality of nursing service for the patients.
