摘　　要：介绍台湾振兴复健医学中心护理队伍实行三级管理模式、护理人员配置、人员职能分工、新护士的培训计划等管理特色,突出以服务病人为出发点的宗旨,处处体现以人为本的服务理念。既创造了社会效益,又提升了经济效益,其经营、管理理念值得学习和借鉴。This paper introduced the feature of management in Taiwan Chen Hsin Rehabilitation Medical Center from the following aspects:the three class management mode,nurse staffing,duty and responsibility allocation system,training plans for new nurses and so on,which embodied the principle of client-centered and idea of humanity nursing service.The practice make it possible to promote both economic profit and social benefit.Its advanced idea of management is worth learning and being introduced.
