摘  要:目的 探讨医院Ⅱ类环境中的空调选择和使用管理。方法 选择使用中央空调和普通空调的房间 (Ⅱ类环境 )各 5间 ,分别于空调开放前和空调开放 1h进行空气微生物采样 ,同时测量室温、相对湿度、气压、电压、空调风速等相关因素。结果 普通空调开放前、后的空气微生物数量无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;中央空调 (30 %新风 )系统开启后空气中微生物数量明显减少 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两种空调开放后空气相对湿度均明显降低 (中央空调P <0 .0 1;普通空调P <0 .0 5 )。结论 中央空调和普通空调在Ⅱ类环境均可使用 ;风机盘管式新风中央空调适用于手术室等无菌区 ,增设净化装置更适宜 ;使用空调时必须保持空调系统的清洁 ,注意调整室内湿度和保持房间清洁。Objective To evaluate the choice and use of air conditioners in type-Ⅱ environment in hospital. Methods Five rooms with central air conditioners and five with general air conditioners were observed, air samples were collected, before and one hour after air conditioners were turned on. The related factors such as indoor temperature, relative humidity, atmospheric pressure, voltage and wind speed of air conditioners were measured. Results The quantity of bacteria in indoor air was not changed before and after general air conditioners were turned on; it was obviously reduced after starting of central air conditioners (P< 0.05 ). Indoor relative humidity was decreased in both groups. Conclusion Two types of air-conditioners are suitable for type-Ⅱ environment, installation of purifying devices are better when central air conditioners with bent pipes used in surgical setting; it should be paid attention to keeping air-conditioner system and rooms clean and modulating indoor relative humidity.
