摘　　要：美国新霸权主义的特征表现在四个方面 :全球性的霸权、制度化的霸权、同质化的霸权体系、干预的合法化。The character of new American hegemonism is shown in four aspects including global hegemony,hegemony of regulation,hegemonic system with similar nature and legal interference.The nature of nw American hegemonism is an expressive state of monopoly capitals of the United States.
