摘　　要：战略联盟高失败率存在的现实 ,对联盟的成功实施和稳定持续发展构成了巨大的威胁 ,通过对传统战略联盟伙伴选择机制的不足、缺陷、及其对战略联盟稳定的危害的深入分析 ,提出一个战略联盟伙伴选择的新机制 。The fact of high failure rate of strategic alliance severely threatens the successful implementation and continual development of strategic alliance.Through a deep analysis on the deficiency and the harm of traditional strategic alliance to the stabilization of strategic alliance.The article ties to put forward a new mechanism of choosing cooperative partners of strategic alliance and help to implement strategic alliance successfully to realize the constinual development.
