摘　　要：再好的公共政策也需要有效的执行才能实现公共政策的目标。通过构建科学的利益平衡机制、民主参与机制、沟通协调机制、监督控制机制、权力配置机制、政治社会化机制将有助于公共政策的有效执行 。Any good public policy needs effective execution to realize the goal of the public policy. Structuring the scientific balanced mechanism of interests, mechanism of democratic participation, mechanism of communicating and coordinating, mechanism of supervision and controlling, mechanism of power distribution, mechanism of political socialization will contribute to effective execution of public policy, thus realize public interests.
