摘　　要：目的观察P鄄转移因子口服液治疗反复呼吸道感染(RRI)的临床疗效。方法设P鄄转移因子口服液治疗组和常规治疗组,比较治疗后两组疗效。结果P鄄转移因子口服液治疗组显效、有效率均明显高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论P鄄转移因子口服液是治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染有效又易于接受的药物。Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of P-transfer factor on recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI). Methods: All cases were randomized into therapeutic group of P-transfer factor and routine therapeutic group. The therapy curative effects of these two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of P-transfer factor group was significantly higher than that of routine group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Oral P-transfer factor is an effective and acceptable drug for children in treating RRTI.
