摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定苯甲酸利扎曲普坦含量及有关物质。采用ODS C18柱,流动相为0.1%三乙胺(用磷酸调至pH 7.0)-乙腈(90∶10),流速1.2ml/min,柱温40℃,检测波长225nm。线性范围5～200mg/ml(r=0.9999),日内、日间RSD均小于2%。A HPLC method for the determination of rizatriptan benzoate and its related substances was established.An ODS C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.1% triethylamine(pH 7.0, adjusted with phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile (90∶10) at the detection wavelength of 225 nm. The flow rate was 1.2ml/min and the column temperaturewas 40℃. The calibration curve of rizatriptan was linear in the concentration range of 5～200mg/ml(r=0.9999). TheRSDs of intra- and inter-day were less than 2%.
